Collection of information and purposes of using it

Novarto collects personal information that you affirmatively choose to submit to us such as your name, email address or mobile phone number. These data are used for the purposes of marketing campaigns, subscribing to our newsletter, future communication with you etc. We also receive information about you from your use of the website such as your IP address, device details, clickstream, domain name, location. Collecting such information helps us improve the effectiveness of our website and our marketing activities. If we need to use your personal data for an unrelated purpose, we will inform you about that and will explain to you the circumstances under which it is needed. Our website does not collect any special categories of personal information such as race, ethnicity, political opinions, religion etc.

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal information or to exercise any data protection rights. If your request is excessive, clearly unfounded or repetitive, we reserve the right to not comply with it. We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally, it may take longer if your request is complex so in this case, Novarto will notify you.
